A leading company in the hospitality Industry (Serviced Office) currently seeking for high caliber candidates to fill the following position in its expansion plan :

CENTRE / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

* To handle sales and to develop marketing strategies and to obtain sales target.
* Experienced in developing, planning and implementing effective Sales and Marketing strategies and continually looking for business opportunities.
* Able to analyze overall sales performance and to identify key areas for necessary improvement.
* Responsible for operational performance and maximize cost efficiency.


Requirements employment jobs:

* Female/Male
* Minimum 32 years old.
* Minimum Bachelor Degree/S1, preferred overseas graduates.
* Minimum 5 years experience in the Service Industry.
* Excellent communication & writing skill in English and Bahasa.
* Good computer literate.
* Must be Sales and target oriented, working independent, committed with high degree of drive and have strong negotiation skills.
* Interpersonal skill, mature, pleasant personality, good leadership, analytical, hard working, creative, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
